Loan programs for every investor
Stronghill Capital offers four different loan programs for investment residential, multifamily, commercial properties and asset-based lending. Each program has flexible terms with pricing dependent upon the property class and our underwriting criteria. Our best terms are for full documentation underwriting but we also have limited documentation programs which look at borrower bank statements instead of tax returns, and estimated market cash flows (EMCF) programs that use current market based cash flows instead of historical cash flows. Some programs are limited to larger geographic markets or markets where comparable rental cash flow data is readily available. Whether you are a broker working for your client, an investor with a large portfolio of income properties, or a first time buyer of a rental house, Stronghill Capital has the right loan program for you.
INVESTMENT RESIDENTIAL
Single family residential (1-4 units) investment property loans for rental homes, condos and townhomes. Stronghill has programs tailored for you or your clients to expand a rental portfolio.
Multifamily
Grow to new property heights with a Stronghill Multifamily loan. Attached residential living with five or more units qualify. Multifamily properties can be the next level for you or your clients’ holdings.
Commercial
The Stronghill Commercial loan program is for acquiring, rehabbing, or getting cash out of commercial properties such as warehouses, office buildings, retail stores, and other buildings with commercial use.
Asset Based
The Stronghill Asset Based loan program provides financing to borrowers that may not otherwise qualify for loans on their property. If you have a good property generating income, our Asset Based loan program is for you.
