Each program has flexible terms with pricing dependent upon the property class and our underwriting criteria. Our best terms are for full documentation underwriting but we also have limited documentation programs which look at borrower bank statements instead of tax returns, and estimated market cash flows (EMCF) programs that use current market based cash flows instead of historical cash flows.
Some programs are limited to larger geographic markets or markets where comparable rental cash flow data is readily available.
